And being able to be in nature, viewing its beauty and inhaling fresh air while walking in the mountains for example, like yesterday while enjoying this beautiful area together with a dear friend. I sometimes get bogged down in my own trouble, and become obsessed with solving it. And then I have a moment of clarity where I realize, if I try, I can let it pass by and trying to focus on something else allows me to focus on something else. My life circumstances which allow me flexibility and freedom that most people do not have. I am grateful for my dog who is a furry angel that makes and family a warmer place. I am grateful for my cats who teach my patience and act as barometers to my stress levels and give me lots of laughs and attention. I seem to be the sun around which their kitty world revolves even though I'm not sure why they love me so much...the Keeper of the Kitty Treats is ad... I am grateful for my health. My loved ones. Read More1 Reply Always Learning7 years agoAlways LearningMy list is so long. I made a created it on my computer. It is in 3 columns per page and is alphabetized so I can sort it. It is 18 pages long so far. So, rather than saying specifically what I am grateful for, I will say that I am grateful to be making this list. You would be AMAZED how affirming it is on low energy days… and how much FUN it is to work on it. Anyone else out there doing this like me will agree it is TOPS.
