La Luz del sol y mi gente
When I’m down, the memory of those who were kind and good people, whether living or passed. They always inspire and give me hope, and whether related or not, they are my true family.
music and how it brings people together
human vulnerability and strangeness
connection in unexpected places
prayer in unexpected places
the beauty of nature
the hand of G-d
The endless beauty of nature and the natural world. Human created beauty as well, in so many sizes, shapes and forms … the bright, warm sun is streaming in my window now. Hmmm ????????????????…
The unexpected kindness, or warm words of a stranger with no expected response from me except maybe a smile or acknowledgement eye contact.
First comes to mind my little dog and all the other dogs I had before her. They love you the matter what and live totally in the moment. I learned that most, when they were old or very ill. I tend to worry or be scared what might happen. But when they have a good day, they just really enjoy it, without locking back or ahead. I’m getting better with that attitude.
The glimmer of hope and happiness in the eyes of a lover, the flake of innocence in the eye of a child. The knowledge that no matter what, I know someone out there loves me for who I really am and won’t tell me to change for them.
The wonder that is existence and the resiliency of the human spirit.
This tingling feeling in my head
Authenticity and real emotion… my own and seeing it in others
Always Learning, sending you caring thoughts and blessings as you have your tests on Tuesday, to see if you can have the 2nd kidney transplant.
Peace.????
Hope.
My surroundings, nature, silence, people. So much inspires me in different ways it cannot be just one thing. I am lucky to have so much around me, I am grateful for all the inspiration I have in my life.
my dog. he has so much love. so much joy. and such honest passions. “this is my fire hydrant, I will pee on it. that is my tree, I will pee on it. I love you. I miss you.” :p
Lovely, Eva Liu ????
The passions and drives of others; care for others.
Art and poetry inspire me. Creativity of others and my own.
Me too. I find alot of this inside of music as well.
Yes, Trevor. I am in my element when I hear Latin music, since I love Latin dancing. It is a little bittersweet because I can’t dance right now. But that type of music, pardon the cliche, seems like its in my blood.
When I wake up in the morning, I am thankful that I have another day to try to be kind and thoughtful.
The birth of a new day, the lowlit sky, the dawn and in the spring the dawn chorus. That time of day that says to me” make an intention and begin again”
Also MY first gift of the day….the sacred view of the great mountain forest that surrounds me. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.
Light – light shining through my windows. My crystal sun-catchers rainbow light reflecting on my walls and in my living room. I can see both the sunrise and sunset from my porches and yard, so sunrises and sunsets really inspire me every day.
Sitting quietly beside the hive watching the honeybees go diligently about their day, foraging like their life depends on it; no leader, no orders to follow, just the gift of this day in the sun. These beautiful and fragile creatures and their intimate relationship with the land inspire me everyday.
The beauty of nature whether writ large when I see the Rocky Mountains or the ocean on vacation or a leaf falling from the blue sky on a windy winter day in New England.
