Right now I want to thank myself. In a very difficult and demanding situation at work, I.ve taken a day of to take care of myself , breathe and spread my wings.
The people who run this website, Microsoft, power companies…in short the whole interdependent world.
Asle, the spinning instructer! He let the door be open, even if the spinning excisce had started. I came late, directly from work. But since the door was left open, I could walk right in and take part in the spinning! I was so thankfull! A good start on the week-end????
Today is two days after my third anniversary, a day before my husband’s birthday, and the day after international women’s day. On my heart is gratitude ever-deepening for my dear husband. And for women who show up, speak up, and stand up for girls’ and womens’ equality.
Grateful for this question and for so many thoughtful answers. As Ose, Anita, Aine and Deb have said, the list is long … ????????
I think Ose has accurately stated it, “Who doesn’t?” Each and every person I encounter or think of this day deserves my thanks for having encountered me and I them. May we be blessed with a consciousness of the gift we have exchanged for those moments!
Thanks Deb, What a beautiful sentiment and approach to bring to each encounter this day! With appreciation, ????????
????, sorry, and thanks to you!
That is a pretty long list, and impossible to complete. It extends from God to people such as my dear husband and friends, to my wonderful animals…all the way to the food I eat, the water I drink, the herbal plants that are helping me get well and the soil in which they grew, complete with microorganisms. It even includes the bacteria that caused the disease from which I have learned so many necessary, albeit painful, lessons.
And that is just the tip of the iceberg!

Tim, my husband. He is so devoted to me, to our family, to our friends. He shows me ever y day what love can do!
My friend Maureen, who texted at 4:38a this morning. It’s a problematic relationship and one with which I struggled; but I’m grateful she reached out, and I responded in kind.
Ruth – my friend, teacher and twin soul over many lifetimes
Oh, that would be my wife of 46 years! And even though I thank her in various ways regularly, it never feels like quite enough. I am both thankful, and grateful each and every days for the years we have had one another thus far.
46 years! How lovely and I hope you have 46 more together
Thank you, Nancy. My best to you.
A thank you to Joanne who was so helpful to me today. She reminded me that I could fly like an eagle. Scary but empowering.
I gratefully like to answer: who don´t???
Yes indeed, Ose! And how! Have a great day.
