Blessing…ending every human conversation with that word. And now: Blissing–I’ve decided “bliss” is a verb…. 0 Reply Hot Sauce7 years agoHot SauceNature, the Bible, celebrating Jewish holidays like Rosh Hashanah and the Sabbath, awareness of mystery, and taking delight in the small pleasures of life are all magical to me. 1 Reply hazelnut7 years agohazelnutGazing at the vastness of the stars in the universe and then seeing the warm loving softness in others and feeling that in myself and knowing that is the magic of meaning. 1 Reply abatibiman7 years agoabatibimanHow God humbles us with miracles of nature! 1 Reply Antoinette7 years agoAntoinetteThe vastness of the universe and all of the magical ways life gives birth to everything. We all “inter-are.”. When we look deeply at something we see our interconnectedness. Everything inter-is. There is no end no beginning. Magic is everywhere! 3 Reply Gina7 years agoGinaNice, so true for me too! 0 Reply Maya7 years agoMayaWatching a hummingbird dancing around a flower (in Portuguese a hummingbird goes by the name of “kiss-the-flower” – beija-flor- which I think captures it perfectly). Listening to a piece of music and then suddenly, uncontrollably have a current of vibrations run through my body. Love is magical. 7 Reply Antoinette7 years agoAntoinetteHummingbirds are truly amazing wonders. Spider webs, especially glistening with dew. Trees! The Great Lakes. People who disagree having a real conversation. Unabashed kindness. Creativity and imagination, in all forms. Children – the questions they ask, playing on their own, their voices unfiltered. Music – the language of my soul. The resilience of the human body. And so much more … 3 Reply Francine Marie Tolf7 years agoFrancine Marie TolfBeautiful, Pilgrim, thank you. I am terrified of spiders and you made me remember how my mom would always remind me how pretty their webs are. She tried, but I was still terrified. 0 Reply Gina7 years agoGinaand they eat a lot of pesky bugs… 0 Reply Ms. Awesome7 years agoMs. AwesomeFaith as to how I can believe and not see. God being with me and sometimes I can’t feel and definitely not see Him but the results of my prayers and.just my figuring it out it and the realization of it happening. 3 Reply SeeAreLow7 years agoSeeAreLowWhen I see and experience all the good in people; that’s what is magical. So grateful to experience that daily. 3 Reply Patjos7 years agoPatjosWhen we get that special glimpse of the Divine in all of us and everything seems to sparkle, not just people or places, but sounds, music, the trees. Without it, things seem so pale. My other thought is Christmas… even when I have been in the hospital at Christmas, it still meant so much. 3 Reply Trevor7 years agoTrevorIsn’t that the truth. 0 Reply Christina7 years agoChristinaThe wind in the trees – I think the most beautiful music in the world. It speaks to me of change, of things moving. Heard a lot of it yesterday (the remnants of Hurricane Jose.) 7 Reply Patjos7 years agoPatjosI very much agree. When there’s a wind moving the trees, sometimes it makes the leaves sort of sparkle, but not sparkle so that the eyes see the sparkling, maybe I mean there’s a vibration to it. There is the magic of the wind and there is the magic of the tree and there is the magic of the tree in the wind and the magic of that recognition, realisation. How mother earth surprises me constantly with her magick, I am spellbound. 3 Reply Trevor7 years agoTrevorYou look spellbound! 1 Reply Kevin7 years agoKevinA great many things seem magical to me. The human body, and how it works, would be high on my list for sure, followed by newborn babies, children as they grow, how ants, bees and birds live and thrive. Heck, even the computer I’m using, and all the things it does, seems magical to me. And then there’s that magic in a smile seen or delivered, or the wonder of touch itself. My list of what’s magical could be very long indeed. 5 Reply Patjos7 years agoPatjosYes, babies twinkle with magic (when they’re not hungry!). 0 Reply My Private Gratitude Journal Write an entry in your private gratefulness journal Get Started This site is brought to you by A Network for Grateful Living, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
