DreamCatcherKorii6 years agoDreamCatcherKoriiI would travel to California, and stay by the beach to watch the orcas, meditate, and write about the universe and it’s offerings it has to give everyone. 0 Reply Pat6 years agoPatI would simplify everything in my life, I would listen more and talk less, I would select more quality in every choice, less quantity. I would breath slowly more often and feel the warm sun as much as possible. 0 Reply Val DeBruno6 years agoVal DeBrunoI’d do all the things I’ve been putting off because of fear: solo travel, solo dinner, go out more, and stop counting on others to give to me what I can give myself…I’m going to start doing that now 1 Reply grateful sea6 years agograteful seaI love your answer. Go for it, Val! 0 Reply Elaine6 years agoElaineContinue choosing the life giving path of gratefulness and reading more poetry. 1 Reply Maya6 years agoMayaI would write this silly academic paper faster so I can get to the things I enjoy, like cooking and baking for the group of friends that are coming over for brunch tomorrow (I would do brunches more often!). I would make more deliberate choices on how to spend my time more generally. 0 Reply elizabeth ward6 years agoelizabeth wardI would just keep on living each moment to the full with thankfulness for what is. And maybe, just maybe, definitely, I would dissolve into pure joy. 1 Reply Lora Smith6 years agoLora SmithI would immediately spend more time with my family and listen to my body…I want to be in tune with the earth and nature as much as possible before I’m forced to leave it behind. I would meditate and enjoy all the earthly things I might miss when I’m gone. “Eat, drink, and be merry!” 0 Reply Ose6 years agoOseOpening up to inspiration, being inspired and guided by universal love to help as good as I can to change our world to the better, to love the earth and all beings and to radiate it from my heart all over the place into the last corner. Make our earth and our being a place of celebration. 1 Reply 6 years agoWriting the book that I have in mind. 2 Reply Ose6 years agoOseplease Eric, do! I do, too 🙂 1 Reply GT6 years agoGTI would start doing gratitude letters to as many people as I could thank-family, friends, and foes. 2 Reply Bree6 years agoBreeI’d make sure I take more chances than I do now. I’d share as much knowledge as I could and I’d be pressed that much more to make peace with anything I felt holding me down in life. 1 Reply Aria_Cardona016 years agoAria_Cardona01If I knew I had only one year to live, I would start getting and saving as much money as I could to buy a plane ticket, and I would make sure I had enough money to buy myself clothes and the things I need to bring with me. I would take a plane to see my boyfriend and I would spend the rest of the year with him, going places, doing things and having fun. I don’t want to die without having been able to see my boyfriend in person. 1 Reply Nancy6 years agoNancyI realized knowing you have a year to live is a luxury that many didn’t and won’t have. So regardless of knowing always live every day as if it is your last. 6 Reply Amor fati6 years agoAmor fatiI may have a year left…. I’ve been doing most things mentioned below, plus planting flowering trees and shrubs…….Brugmansia (Angel Trumpet) in all colors, Jacaranda, Flame of the Forest, and oaks for their longevity and to thank the forest for keeping me warm. Taking in as much color as possible. 3 Reply Nancy6 years agoNancy❤️ 0 Reply GT6 years agoGTYou are a blessing. Thank you. 2 Reply Cintia6 years agoCintiaI would continuous do the same I doing now. I believe in the learning, new chances in every moment. And we’re not promised tomorrow. 3 Reply Nancy6 years agoNancyI would release anything that has a negative hold on me and live fully from my heart. I, too, would have all my loved ones help themselves to anything they wanted of mine (something I have already started to do) and just enjoy every single, simple minute of every single day. 4 Reply Shabnam6 years agoShabnam<3 1 Reply Springerlady6 years agoSpringerladyI would try to live every moment with no regret, get rid of stuff so no one else has to deal with it, write love notes to my family and friends. 3 Reply Patricia Lott6 years agoPatricia LottWas thinking the same! thank you for expressing it so well. 1 Reply Michael6 years agoMichaelBe present. 1 Reply kathleen6 years agokathleenLIve with a stronger connection to health and wellbeing. The words Dont Wait come to mind as I am reading Frank Ostaseski’s book about living fully. 2 Reply Malag6 years agoMalagReally appreciate this reference, Kathleen. I read up bit about Frank Ostaseki, who I hadn’t come across before, and then coincidentally (?) I was in a new podcast series I’m listening to and what was the first episode I happened to hear? Yup an interview with Frank Ostaseki. https://secularbuddhism.com/frank-ostaseski/ Must be a sign. Also got mentioned in a blog I’m following. Very interesting thoughts. 0 Reply Barbara Morris6 years agoBarbara MorrisSounds like a good read! 0 Reply 1 2 Next » My Private Gratitude Journal Write an entry in your private gratefulness journal Get Started This site is brought to you by A Network for Grateful Living, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
