Love accepts who or what is without judgement. Love is like a tree ever growing, nurturing, sharing her fruits and protection to each individual or animal.
Inspired by all the reflections, this morning there is a picnic at my daughter’s school after a sleepover they had last night, and love goes beyond tiredness and comfort, so I will get up and make a cake to share
What you wrote — Love would make a cake to share — makes me smile so. Thank you, Palm.
Oh grateful sea, thank you! You just made my heart smile
It would level the playing field for all. Everyone is equal. Everyone is accepted. It would be like Heaven.
*Be faithful
*Be selfless
*Be motivated
Love would not judge even those who seem the most "unlovable." Love says hello to everyone I pass by. Love fights for justice and mercy. Love says, "What is mine is yours; I own nothing." Love forgives all wrongs. Love checks ones biases and privileges, seeking to make everyone equal. Love befriends outcasts and sinners, like Jesus did. Love is grateful for the kindness and even the unkindness of others. Love is generous, especially to the needy. Love applies to all people, irrespective of race,...

Love befriends outcasts and sinners, like Jesus did. Love is grateful for the kindness and even the unkindness of others. Love is generous, especially to the needy. Love applies to all people, irrespective of race, ethnicity, past mistakes, sexuality, gender identity, or ability. Love says “no” to injustice while having compassion on its perpetrators. Love “falls in love” with everyone, human or animal. Love cries and laughs with others. Love co-creates through joyous thoughts. Love is humble yet sees the greatness in oneself. Love sees beauty but helps those who experience ugliness. Love is unconditional. Love does not harm yet is authoritative. Love is fair yet loyal. Love is pure, yet love touches what is impure to cleanse it. There is nothing like love. To love God and neighbor-that is the Torah, Nevi’im, Ketuvim, Gospel, Acts, Pauline Epistles, General Epistles, Apocalypse, and Qur’an.
To allow my Divine Heart to guide me in my daily life
To see everyone through God’s eyes and ask, What Christ would do now? and try to imitate Him the best I can
Love does what is in the best interests of the beloved. Sometimes we are are both lover and beloved.
Wrap all of us up in her arms and assure us it’s going to be OK.
Love would show compassion.
Love lifts people up from the depths…but also lifts people up from wherever they may be…everyone could use more love, no matter what.
Love is a divine light that heals us all. It can give us a different experience of life. It can change our inner and outer world because it shines it’s light on the shadows in our lives and they are not there any more. Sometimes I think I am unaccustomed to that brightness.
It would do all we need.
transforms us individually and collectively. brings peace and calm while simultaneously bringing excitement and joy. love is the highest vibration/energy. in terms of the collective, love our neighbor as ourselves is the highest commandment given to us. show love.
This journey called life is not necessarily about understanding everything. It is about accepting "what is" in each moment so life can breathe us, comfort us, teach us to live each question, solve each difficulty, be an instrument of the peace that is beyond our finite understanding.. There is one energy that keeps this world turning. It beats in my heart and it beats in your heart. It is you and I who color it with judgment, limit it with fear, or trust it to teach us the wonders of love.

When we realize what it means to be fully human,
we will manifest divinity.
When we realize what it means to be fully human,
we will move from longing to belonging,
knowing we are neither
separate from
or
superior to
the rest of creation.
Journal entry from 2009
I think it would bring trust…with trust confidence to move forward.
It would bring understanding, tolerance. It would bring acceptance.
With those, I think it would bring enlightment because love makes you dare, hope, see, open up…
Of course, it would bring happiness and generosity.
Love can bring so much…
Beautiful question!
In this moment and every moment love emulates Mette.
Love says thank you and yes with grace.
Love is gratefulness and appreciation.
Sending mette love to all.
What would love do?
To bring another dynamic to this question, but still staying within the ultimate fact that, “everything emanates from one source and that source is Divine Love therefore all ‘do’-ing is also love”…,
it is worth contemplating this quoted from Daskalos
“Hatred is wounded Love”
Ed, this reminded me of a talk I heard yesterday, of Ruchard Miller (Soundtrue Psycotherapy & Spirituality Summit), he helps people heal through facilitating awareness of opposites as intrinsic to each other
Palm
Yes Dr David R. Hawkins did a great work on this in he “Eye of the I” and “Reality, Spirituality and Modern Man.”
But we must be clear here that this “awareness of opposites” principle applies only to “reflected love” not Divine Love. Divine Love a totality within itself, meaning Divine Love is just as much in Hatred, anger, violence etc as it is in all that is “good”
Be Well Be Present
EdS
If given the chance, love brightens dark places, opens heavy doors and softens our journey through life.
Love would prompt me to buy a Christmas present for my boss and friend, which I intend to do today. I’ve never known anyone quite as vivacious and over-the-top as he!
